IHG Increasing Award Costs!: It seems like just yesterday that IHG increased their award costs at many of their properties from 50K to 60K. Now, they’re spiking up rates again to 70K at many of their properties. You’ll notice a 10K increase at many of their properties. We don’t know when the rates will go up, but I’m sure they will soon.

I could see this being helpful especially when returning home from a trip. You may not be very familiar with the airport you’re flying out of to get back home, so knowing how much time to give yourself is awesome.
Make Sure to Update Your Wallet with Uber: Many folks have been using their Amex Platinum cards to pay for Uber rides since they were earning 2 points per dollar. That will be coming to an end in February 2018. You still get to enjoy the Uber credits from the card, but not the 2 points per dollar.
DFW Centurion Lounge Expanding: No doubt the Centurion Airport Lounges are among the favorites in the US due to their real food offerings, great cocktails, comfortable work spaces, showers, etc. The problem with many of them is that they’ve been super crowded due to their popularity. The DFW lounge is expected to be expanding soon.
1,000 Bonus Marriott Points.. Yes Please!: Marriott is currently offering 1,000 bonus points for stays at participating hotels through February 28, 2018. If you have some upcoming hotel stays planned, check to see if there’s a participating Marriott that works for you.
US to Italy $320 R/T: Currently you can find some good round trip deals for flights from various US cities to Italy for as low as $320 R/T. These fares are available from January 2018 to May 2018. Norwegian, United, Delta, Air France, Alitalia and Emirates are participating in these low deals.
Extending the Minimum Spend Deadline: One of the important things to consider when applying for a new card is if you’re comfortable meeting the minimum spend on the card within the time frame stated in the card agreement. Missing out on a sign-up bonus would be such a huge bummer. Fortunately you may be able to get the deadline extended.
